As a group we understand that losing weight and gaining muscle is challenging, but that challenge can be enjoyable (and even fun) with the right mindset, community and support.

I am a working Mum of two who has developed a holistic approach to health and fitness, that works! Historically, I had tried most things to lose weight and get fit quick. What I have learnt, I want to share with you which is why I set up Hall Health & Fitness. I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Advisor and Exercise Referral Specialist.

Fitness has completely changed my life, not only my waistline and physical strength but my mental health and wellbeing too. There is no quick fix or magic diet or exercise plan, just a commitment to making a sustainable lifestyle change to be the happiest and healthiest version of you, whatever that looks like.
